During 1977 to 1979 Jennifer Valentine (Benjamin) enjoyed, whilst still at school, graduating in Theatre Studies, and collaborating with singing and writing songs for the Black British community who loved Reggae (reh – gay) and Lovers Rock. Whilst working within the public sector, education and health, Jennifer has maintained her interests in music and theatrical arts with and without music, hence the title Acapella.
