More care and awareness needed for pregnant black female athletes

As we celebrate and honour the nominees during this the 1st birthday of the reign of King Charles III, Allyson Felix has called for better care and awareness for black female athletes. Especially those who not big eaters; and during pregnancy that is “very unhealthy” says NHS University Hospitals. Following the death of Gold medalist Tori Bowie in June, due child birth complications, it has now transpired that three of 4 x 100m Rio 2016 Olympic team, have either nearly died or died while giving birth.
